This a revamped version of a previous post. The idea was to stop writing posts on Facebook as that does nothing to drive traffic to your website. That basic idea is still true, but the strategy is to instead turn your social media posts into links back to your website. So writing a full post on your website and sharing that post link gets people clicking to your website helping your rankings. So it's not so much to never ever write a post on Facebook.
